Our stand-alone meeting space can accommodate up to 24 people, with layouts available to suit the style of your event. Whether you need a boardroom setup for discussion, a classroom layout for training, a horseshoe arrangement for group work or round tables for a more informal session, we can help you choose the right format.

The room includes Wi-Fi, a flip chart, whiteboard, projection screen and flat-screen TV, giving you the essentials for presentations, planning sessions and training delivery.

Because the space is private and separate from the main restaurant, your group can focus without the feel of a busy public setting. At the same time, you still have the benefit of food, drinks and hospitality nearby when it is time to take a break.

Food, refreshments and delegate packages

Good meetings run better when the practical details are taken care of. We can provide mid-morning tea, coffee, mineral water and muffins as part of a simple meeting package, or help you plan food and refreshments around the length and style of your event.

For lunch, your delegates can enjoy a working lunch brought to the meeting room, or take a proper break in Christopher’s Restaurant with food from our classic bistro menu. If you are planning a longer session, we can also arrange lunch, dinner or refreshments around a set budget per person, helping you keep the day organised without having to manage every detail separately.

Optional extras, including unlimited tea and coffee and free parking, can also be added. Just let us know what you need and we will help you put together an arrangement that works for your group.

After a full day of meetings, delegates can relax with food and drinks in Christopher’s Restaurant before heading upstairs to a comfortable en-suite room.
